Small enough to care, large enough to
make a difference.

Who We Are

St. John's Place was founded on the idea that there really is no place like home.

We understand that the choice of a skilled care facility is a difficult and stressful process for residents and their loved ones. That is why we are committed to helping each of our residents preserve a rich life for themselves that measures up to their fullest potential.

Owned and operated by the Bentley family who has over thirty years experience caring for seniors, our seasoned staff provides attentive, generous care in a family-centered and pleasing setting,

focused on every individual’s unique needs. We embrace our long term residents as part of the St. John’s Place family, sharing in their lives as they and their families build a real home with us. We also serve individuals who have been injured or ill through our specialized short-term rehabilitation program, which focuses on helping patients move safely and efficiently through the rehabilitation process to return home at their highest possible level of functioning.

Facility Tour

Our 94 bed facility offers both single and double-occupancy resident rooms that are spacious and well maintained, with home-like furnishings and finishes. Bright and airy common spaces and

dining facilities offer residents places to gather, or just relax outside of their room environment. Click on the images below for a closer look or contact us today to arrange a facility tour.

St. John’s Place specializes in the kind of intimate, individual-focused care that improves residents’ health outcomes and impacts their quality of life.

We invest in both our facility and our personnel to ensure that we have the capacity to meet every resident’s daily needs carefully and promptly. Our licensed and certified nursing staff provides patient, attentive care, and stays current with the most modern models of care through ongoing participation in education and certification programs.

In-house activities such as bingo and movie nights, and a variety of outings away from the facility, such as fishing trips and shopping excursions, allow many residents at St. John's Place to maintain a social and involved lifestyle.

Our approach to skilled care values and encourages the meaningful relationships that develop between our residents and staff.

We recognize that as we engage our residents' physical capabilities to nurture and heal their bodies, we are also responsible to care for their minds and spirits as well,  to make their stay with us as meaningful and fulfilling as possible regardless of its duration.
